Albert Missionary Journey to the Philippines and Asia

Albert Missionary Journey to the Philippines and Asia 1

There is a common local slogan that ‘It’s more fun in the Philippines’. It is mainly used to attract foreign tourists. However, apart from the tourist attractions of more than 7,000 Islands. It is more fun in the Philippines because of the amazing and friendly Filipino people. If you can forget all the Typhoons, the earthquakes, the politics, and the civil war in Mindanao. The Filipinos are awesome people to be around. The culture, the smiles, the friendliness, love for fellows, strong family ties, the history, and a hope for a better future are some of the characteristics associated with the Philippines and her people.

The start of the Missionary Journey

It was the year 2009 when I finally answered God’s call to missionary work. I always had a passion for Asia. The ministry dream to Asia became a reality when God opened up a door to serve in the Philippines in 2009.

It has been a Journey so wonderful like no other. A journey full of triumphs and trials, victories and testing, learning and unlearning. I have seen the LORD God do wondrous things not only in other people’s lives but also in my life. Lives are being transformed, the gospel is being preached, the broken-hearted and hopeless are being encouraged, all in all the Love of our Lord Jesus Christ is experienced by all.

I am presently based in Cebu, Visayas region, southern Philippines.

Over these years of Missionary service in the Philippines Islands, I have learned a life changing lesson that;

‘Success is not money, cars, fame or material possessions… but the lives you touch positively’.

I’m inviting you to Journey with me. Make this website your number one home for all things God is doing on the mission and the world. Learn and read about my journey, inspirational stories about the amazing work God is doing in the nations, be inspired, and in turn become an agent of positive change in the world. I write on Inspirational topics, devotionals, Faith, Life, current world affairs, triumphs and trials in my personal missionary life, rumblings, things about the Philippines, and Asia, adventures, and anything I feel inspired to write. It might be about food, health, tips, places to visit, and much more.
